Short Melody No. 31 Jig and March
It would have been nice if I had made this melody for other instruments, but I was running out of time. It's a simple jig, followed by a short march. The word 'jig' seems to originate from the Italian 'giga', an old name for a violin. Makes sense to me, because a violin can jiggle indeed - in a musical way.
In the following video, the music has been automatically generated by the software of MuseScore. Actually, it sounds not bad at all... However, when performing the music by yourself, please use your feelings.
